For hygiene, safety, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened or used.

Wrong or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@premiumpuffs.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue — we’ll make it right.

Replacement Conditions

We only replace items if:

  • They arrive damaged or defective
  • You notify us within 7 days
  • The issue is verified by our support team

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only approved for:

  • Lost shipments with tracking proof
  • Orders canceled before shipping confirmation

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
